Technicians Award

Two Technician Career Development Awards of up to $500 are offered each year for members who are technical staff to assist their career development. The award can be made for conference, workshop or training course attendance, or to visit another laboratory, institute or related business to gain further technical skills. Technical staff wishing to apply for this award must:

• be current members of NZSPB

• be first author on the paper or poster if attending a conference, and supply their title, abstract and the conference details

• supply the details of the workshop, course, laboratory, institute or other related business they wish to attend if developing technical skills;

• include a statement of support from their line manager.
